The aluminum core, clad with stainless steel, ensures even cooking of your ingredients. The aluminum layer extends into the sides of the pan, ensuring the pan heats up evenly and quickly all the way to the rim. Thanks to its magnetic stainless steel exterior, the frying pan is suitable for induction and perfect for use on all other heat sources. Additionally, the pan's base has the perfect thickness (2.5 mm) to prevent it from warping on induction hobs.
