This Japanese knife is hand-forged, shaped, hardened, ground, polished, cleaned, and carefully packaged. The hammer marks on the blade create a unique look – no two knives are the same. The knife also has a pommel finished in the same style as the blade. The handle is made of olive wood, which provides a unique style.
This set consists of a 12.5cm Utility knife, a 20.5cm Chef's knife, and a 17.5cm Cleaver. These are the blade lengths.
