The SKOTTSBERG® Stainless Steel wok pan is valued for a number of special features. This frying pan has a unique tri-ply base, meaning the base of the pan is constructed from 3 layers: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum, and magnetic stainless steel.
Stainless steel cookware is used for its durability and ease of maintenance and cleaning. The aluminum core, clad in stainless steel, ensures even cooking of your ingredients. The aluminum layer extends into the sides of the pan, ensuring that the pan heats up evenly and quickly all the way to the rim. This significantly reduces the chance of food sticking and makes the pans very energy-efficient.
Thanks to its magnetic stainless steel exterior, the wok is suitable for induction and perfect for use on all other heat sources. Additionally, the pan's base has the perfect thickness (2.5 mm) to prevent it from warping on induction. Bevalt prima
Ik heb zelf ongeveer een half jaar geleden de rvs Skottsberg Wokpan aangeschaft en die bevalt uitstekend. Het vlees plakt soms aan de pan vast als je het erin doet, maar dat laat vanzelf los na een tijdje. Ik gebruik de wokpan een paar keer in de week en ziet er nog als nieuw uit. Daarom heb ik dezelfde pan gekocht voor de uitzet van mijn jarige dochter.

Het valt me wat tegen ondanks dat ik…
Het valt me wat tegen ondanks dat ik niet op hoge temperaturen wok heeft de pan toch een snelle aanbranding .vooral wat vleeswaren betreft. Ik ben een echte kook liefhebber en moet met deze pan extra allert zijn. De vorm en uitstraling zijn top.
