  • Where is my order?

    Your order will be delivered to your home within one working day; exceptions are indicated on the product page. You'll receive an email once we've shipped your order. If you haven't received anything after four working days, please contact us.
  • I want to return my order

    Of course you can! We have a 60-day return period, so send your order back for free within this period.

  • Are returns free?

    Yes, returns are free. You can return your items within 60 days without giving a reason. Depending on your payment method, you'll receive the purchase amount back in your account within 2 to 10 working days. Please note: when returning a pallet you pay €79 in return costs, provided the packaging is in its original condition.
  • Do my products come with a warranty?

    Yes, always! Few things in life are certain, but you can count on at least one year of warranty on your ordered items from the shipping date. Just make sure you keep your proof of purchase. There may be exceptions, and these are always stated on the product page. Some products even come with a lifetime warranty.
  • Can I have my order delivered to a PostNL pickup point?

    Yes, you can! At checkout you can choose a PostNL pickup point.
  • Can I pay afterwards?

    Yes! At checkout you can choose Klarna to pay for your order afterwards or in 3 instalments.

Returns & exchanges

  • I want to return my order

    Of course you can! We have a 60-day return period, so send your order back for free within this period.

  • I want to exchange my order

    You can exchange your order by returning it within 60 days and placing a new order in our webshop. You'll get the purchase amount of your original order back within 2 working days of us receiving it.
  • Who pays the return costs?

    Returns are free. Please note: when returning a pallet you pay €79 in return costs, provided the packaging is in its original condition.

Ordering & delivery

  • Where is my order?

    Your order will be delivered to your home within one working day; exceptions are indicated on the product page. You'll receive an email once we've shipped your order. If you haven't received anything after four working days, please contact us.
  • What are the shipping costs?

    On orders over €59 we ship for free. Below that, you pay €6.99 in delivery costs.
  • Can I still change my order?

    As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can change it. Send your order number with the article number(s) and quantities to service@culicartel.de. Is the new amount lower? We'll refund the difference within 2 working days. Is it higher? We'll send you a payment request. After payment we'll adjust the order (subject to stock).
  • Can I cancel my order?

    If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it. Email your order number to service@culicartel.de. For a partial cancellation, include the article numbers and quantities. You'll always receive a confirmation once the cancellation has been completed.
  • When will I get my money back?

    We process your return within 2 working days of arrival. After that, it can take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
  • What delivery options are there?

    We work with PostNL to deliver your order quickly. At checkout you can choose between home delivery, collection at a PostNL point or pickup at our store.
  • Can I still change the delivery address?

    If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't change the address anymore. Hasn't your order been shipped yet? Email your order number and both the old and new delivery address to service@culicartel.de. We'll let you know if it worked.

Warranty

  • Do my products come with a warranty?

    Few things in life are certain, but you can count on at least one year of warranty on your ordered items from the shipping date. Just make sure you keep your proof of purchase, because it's often required. There may be exceptions, and these are always stated on the product page. Some products even come with a lifetime warranty.
  • Was your order delivered defective or broken?

    Ouch, that's not great. Sorry for the inconvenience! Could you please send us a clear photo and/or video with a written description? We'll also need your order number. Send this to service@culicartel.de and you can expect an appropriate response from us within 2 working days.

    iDEAL is the most popular payment method. It opens the secure payment environment of your own bank. You can pay safely and securely with your credit card. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa, among others. We've also thought of our Belgian customers. With Bancontact you can pay easily. Want to place a large business order? You can simply use the payment options above, or contact us to pay by invoice. Prefer to pay afterwards? With Klarna you can pay for your order afterwards, or in 3 instalments.
  • Can I pay with a gift card?

    With the code on your Culicartel gift card you can easily pay for an order. The code entry field appears in the checkout after you click ‘checkout’.

    We'll send you an email with a link to a secure page on our website. On that page you'll find the discount code of your gift card.

    If you're giving the gift card to someone else, all you have to do is share the link with them. Enjoy!
