The SKOTTSBERG® Stainless Steel frying pan is appreciated for a number of special features. This frying pan has a special tri-ply base, which means the base of the pan is constructed from 3 layers: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum, and magnetic stainless steel. Stainless steel cookware is used for its durability and ease of maintenance and cleaning of the pan.
The aluminum core, clad in stainless steel, ensures that your ingredients cook evenly. The aluminum layer extends into the sides of the pan, ensuring that the pan heats up evenly and quickly all the way to the rim. The risk of food sticking is greatly reduced, and the pans are therefore very energy-efficient.
Thanks to the magnetic stainless steel exterior, the frying pan is suitable for induction and perfect for use on all other heat sources. In addition, the base of the pan has the perfect thickness (2.5 mm) to prevent the pan's base from warping on induction. This frying pan can withstand high temperatures and is therefore very suitable for frying and searing vegetables, fish, meat, potatoes, pancakes or wraps, and for preparing delicious paella or grilled sandwiches.
