This 3-piece Katai knife set from Forged is a feast for the eyes. These Japanese knives are hand-forged, shaped, hardened, sharpened, polished, cleaned, and carefully packaged in 5 layers. Unlike most Forged series, Katai knives are made from Japanese VG10 Steel with a hardness of 60 Rockwell. All Forged Katai knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. The handle is made of root wood, which provides a unique style.
This set consists of the following knives:
- Utility knife of 12.5cm (blade length)
- Chef's knife of 20.5cm (blade length)
- Bread knife of 19.5cm (blade length)
