This Japanese knife is hand-forged, shaped, hardened, sharpened, polished, cleaned, and carefully packaged. The hammer marks on the blade create a unique look – no two knives are the same. The knife also has a pommel finished in the same style as the blade. The handle is made of steel, which ensures a unique style.
This set consists of a 12.5cm utility knife, a 20.5cm chef's knife, and a 17.5cm cleaver. These are the lengths of the blades.
