This Japanese knife is hand-forged, shaped, hardened, ground, polished, cleaned, and carefully packaged. The hammer marks on the knife create a unique look – no two knives are alike. The knife also has a pommel finished in the same style as the blade. The handle is made of African Sebra wood, which provides a unique style.
This set consists of a 12.5 cm utility knife, a 20.5 cm chef's knife, and a 17.5 cm cleaver. These are the lengths of the blades.
