A wonderfully large frying pan for cooking meat or potatoes. Because the handle is hollow, it doesn't get hot as quickly, so you don't need an oven mitt when, for example, you're tossing your potatoes. And do you want to let your meat simmer for a while? Then put on the accompanying lid and the rest will take care of itself.
DUCQ pans are not only beautiful in design but also of excellent quality. The pans are made up of 3 layers: copper on the outside, stainless steel (SS) on the inside, and an aluminum intermediate layer.
DUCQ pans are dishwasher safe, but it is better to wash them by hand. Are you not made for that? Then you can simply put them in the dishwasher. It is advisable to dry the pans immediately after the wash cycle with a soft cloth. This prevents streaks and the deposition of water droplets. Please note that the pans may become slightly duller with regular use in the dishwasher. But a quick polish with copper cleaner will thankfully easily restore their shine.
