The WMF Profi Resist Frying Pan combines the advantages of stainless steel with a non-stick coating. This pan is ideal for anyone who wants to sear quickly and at high heat without ingredients sticking. The pan is constructed from three layers: an aluminum core, a stainless steel inner layer, and an extremely durable chrome outer layer.
Features of the 3-layer WMF Profi Resist Frying Pan
• Inside: Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel
• Outside: Polished chrome
• Core: Aluminum for optimal heat conductivity
• PermaDur non-stick coating: durable and features a honeycomb structure, which prevents food from sticking
• PFOA-free: does contain PFAS in the non-stick coating
• Heat resistant up to 260°C
• Suitable for all heat sources, including induction
• Ergonomic handle for comfortable use
• Not dishwasher safe: hand washing recommended to extend the life of the pan
