Unlike most Forged series, the VG10 knives are made from Japanese VG10 steel with a hardness of 60 Rockwell. All Forged VG10 knives are hand-forged in 5 layers, have a blade thickness of 2 mm, and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box, with a 10-year warranty.
