The Forged VG10 Santoku knife is the Japanese version of the chef's knife. The word ‘santoku’ means ‘three virtues’, a reference to the three cutting functions the knife can perform: slicing, dicing and mincing. Due to this versatility, it can be called an all-rounder in the kitchen. Unlike most Forged series, the VG10 knives are made from Japanese VG10 steel with a hardness of 60 Rockwell. All Forged VG10 knives are hand-forged in 5 layers, have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box. with a 10-year warranty.
