This Zwilling Santoku knife is the perfect knife for slicing your vegetables. The dimples in the blade mean your ingredients stick a lot less, making slicing even more enjoyable.
The Zwilling 4STAR series was developed 30 years ago and has been Zwilling's best-selling knife series for years. They are developed to the quality standards of professional chefs and have remained virtually unchanged since their initial development in 1976.
The steel of Zwilling knives is treated with a FRIODUR process. The steel is cooled to -70 degrees and then heated several times. This makes the knives hard, edge-retaining, corrosion-resistant, and flexible.
Zwilling is world-renowned for its V-Edge grinding. Zwilling grinds the knives with an optimized angle of approximately 15° on both sides. This sharp angle ensures excellent initial sharpness, making slicing even more enjoyable. The knife glides effortlessly through your ingredients.
The front of the handle forms the transition from handle to blade. It has a slight handguard shape, which also ensures good weight distribution.
