This super-light wok pan (28 cm) from the Alu Comfort 3 series is ideal: easy to handle, quick to clean, and suitable for daily use.
Strong materials and smart technology
The pan features a scratch-resistant, PTFE-free Ceraforce® ceramic non-stick coating – perfect for those who want to cook with less fat without compromising on results. The extra-thick forged aluminum body ensures optimal heat conduction, while the flat Radiant® base guarantees stability on all heat sources, including induction. The sturdy bakelite handle, secured with aluminum rivets, prevents rust and fits comfortably in the hand. Please note: for flambéing, you need a wok without a non-stick coating.
