The Greenpan 'Geneva' Wok Pan is a healthy choice for a budding home chef. Thanks to its ceramic non-stick coating, your food will stick much less easily. Greenpan is known for its durability and is one of the few brands that develops its own non-stick coatings.
If you're a fan of Asian cuisine, a wok pan is an indispensable tool in your kitchen. A wok pan has a larger capacity than a frying pan, allowing you to fit a large number of ingredients.
This wok pan is made of stainless steel with a ceramic coating. It may be slightly concave when cold, but it will flatten out perfectly when heated. To keep the pan in perfect condition for years, we recommend hand washing. It's best not to put a non-stick pan in the dishwasher.
Use on induction
The Geneva pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction. We always recommend heating the pan gradually and not immediately using the highest settings. This can cause thermal shock, which can warp the pan. After use, it's also better to let the pan cool down before giving it a cold rinse.
