With a capacity of 3 litres, this stainless steel 3-ply 'downdraft' saucepan is ideal for preparing smaller quantities of vegetables or potatoes, for example. The unique silicone ring in the lid ensures that the lid stays firmly in place during cooking and that condensation is drained from the pan through the recess on the side. An additional advantage is that pouring becomes even easier thanks to this recess. Because the handles only make contact with the pan at two small points, the pan heats up much less quickly.
