The special silicone sealing ring in the lid ensures that the lid stays firmly in place during cooking and that excess condensation is drained from the side of the pot.
Another advantage: thanks to this recess, pouring becomes even easier. Because the handles only make contact with the pot at two small points, you can grip them without oven mitts – which is very convenient when pouring.

Ducq pannen zijn de beste voor downdraft
Ducq pannen zijn de beste voor de downdraft functie voor mijn Bora. Ik miste nog de grote pannen in mijn assortiment, die van 24 cm. Super om er nu twee te hebben. Voor soepen, stamppotten en veel pasta ivm familiebezoek.

Ik vind het een mooie pan
Ik vind het een mooie pan, voldoende inhoud om soep in te maken voor het hele gezin. Mooi design. Om de deksel lang mooi te houden wordt aanbevolen om deze met de hand af te wassen.
