This Greenpan 'Geneva' Frying Pan is a healthy choice for a budding home chef. Thanks to the ceramic non-stick coating, your food is much less likely to stick. Greenpan is known for its durability and is one of the few brands that develops its own non-stick coatings.
These pans are made of aluminum with a ceramic coating. The pan may be slightly concave when cold, but it will straighten out perfectly when heated. To keep the pan in perfect condition for years, we recommend hand washing. It's better not to put a non-stick pan in the dishwasher.
Use on induction
The Geneva pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction. We always recommend heating the pan gradually and not immediately using the highest settings. This can cause thermal shock, which can warp the pan. After use, it's also better to let the pan cool down before giving it a cold rinse.
