The BK Black Steel Wokarang is made of high-quality sheet steel and features a sturdy cast-iron handle. With its generous diameter of 30 cm, you have plenty of space to prepare a variety of dishes.
This wok is suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and halogen. It can also be safely used in the oven up to 230 °C. The material is completely PFAS-free, allowing you to cook healthily and responsibly.
During use, the wok forms a natural patina layer. This layer acts as a natural non-stick coating and gives your dishes an authentic, rich flavour. With over 150 years of cooking experience, BK guarantees quality – an essential wok in every kitchen.
