Tomasu soy sauce is perhaps the most unique and intense soy sauce you can buy in the Netherlands. The soybeans and wheat are grown in the Hoeksche Waard and these ingredients are then processed in Rotterdam with spring water and coarse sea salt from Brittany, France. From farm to bottle, Tomasu's production is entirely in-house and this is currently the only micro-brewed soy sauce in Europe! This package contains three 200ml bottles.
Fermentation and flavors
Fermentation is started by adding Tomasu's own mold, Aspergillus Oryzae Tomasu. The only and most important ingredient added thereafter is time.
Soy Sauce (200ml)
Tomasu's original soy sauce has a delicious salty taste. For this, natural coarse sea salt from Brittany, France, is used.
Sweet Soy Sauce (200ml)
For this delicious soy sauce with a sweet touch, sugar obtained from Dutch sugar beets is used. The balance between sweet and salty is very flavorful and subtle.
Sweet & Spicy Soy Sauce (200ml)
This is a delicious sweet and spicy soy sauce, flavored with sugar from Dutch sugar beets, sesame seeds and Madame Jeanette peppers.
