This Japanese knife is hand-forged, shaped, hardened, sharpened, polished, cleaned, and carefully packaged. Thanks to its tapered edge, this butcher's knife is perfect for cutting large pieces of meat. The hammer marks on the knife give it a unique appearance – no two knives are the same. The knife also has a pommel finished in the same style as the blade. The handle is made of African Sebra wood, which gives it a unique style.
