Thanks to the extra-long blade of the Forged VG10 butcher knife, you can easily prepare and portion large cuts of meat. A distinctive feature is the upward curve at the tip. With this butcher knife, you can cut beautiful, straight slices of meat in one go. Unlike most Forged series, the VG10 knives are made from Japanese VG10 Steel with a hardness of 60 Rockwell. All Forged VG10 knives are hand-forged in 5 layers, have a blade thickness of 2 mm, and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box, with a 10-year warranty.
