The Zwilling PROF S series is a range highly praised by many professional chefs. The steel and knife are identical to the FOUR Star series. With its three rivets in the handle, the PROF S has a more traditional appearance than its counterparts.
The steel of Zwilling knives is treated with a FRIODUR process. The steel is cooled to -70 degrees and then heated several times. This makes the knives hard, durable, corrosion-resistant, and flexible.
Zwilling is world-renowned for its V-Edge grinding. Zwilling sharpens the knives with an optimized angle of approx. 15° on both sides. This sharp angle provides excellent initial sharpness, making cutting even more enjoyable. The knife effortlessly glides through your ingredients.
The front of the handle forms the transition from handle to blade. It has a shape somewhat resembling a handguard, which also ensures good weight distribution.
