New Peugeot Zirlion Grinding Mechanism
Peugeot introduces the Zirlion grinding mechanism, made from Zirconium, an extremely hard and corrosion-resistant material. This new mechanism ensures a very fine and consistent grind, while remaining suitable for various types of salt, such as sea salt, rock salt, and seasoned salt. Thanks to innovative technology, the mill remains resistant to humid environments and offers superior performance compared to ceramic or steel grinding mechanisms. The Zirlion mechanism is exclusively available for the u-select models and comes with a lifetime warranty. The new salt mills will be available from March 2025.
The salt mill is made of lacquered beech wood and equipped with the unique u-select system, which allows the fineness of the grind to be adjusted infinitely precisely by turning the ring at the bottom of the mill. Of course, the mill is equipped with a unique Peugeot grinding mechanism. Peugeot has its own grinder for each spice to get the most out of it. Peugeot grinders are made of hardened and forged steel. The functionality of the grinder comes with a lifetime warranty.
