View all Yaxell productsThe Yaxell Ran steak knife combines Japanese perfection with stylish design. This elegant knife is specially designed to effortlessly glide through meat, without tearing or fraying. Thanks to its fine serrated edge, the knife stays sharp for a long time, allowing you to cut every piece of meat with extreme precision and ease.
69 layers of craftsmanship
The blade of the Ran series consists of no less than 69 layers of high-quality Damascus steel, with a core of VG10 stainless steel that achieves a hardness of HRC61 on the Rockwell scale. This ensures long-lasting sharpness, excellent cutting performance, and a unique, wavy pattern that exudes pure Japanese elegance.
Durable and timeless design
The handle is made of black Canvas Micarta, a material known for its sturdiness, durability, and comfortable grip. The two stainless steel rivets provide extra stability and reinforce the artisanal character of the knife.
