Use the YAKINIKU® Woodchipper to easily add smoking wood, without losing temperature in your Kamado. Smoking wood can be used both wet and dry. When used dry, there will be no drop in temperature in your BBQ and the smoking wood will give off a light smoke flavour. When used dry, smoke development will occur immediately. If you choose to soak the smoking wood first, the wood will give off a more intense smoke flavour. The temperature in your BBQ will drop and steam will first develop.
