This 'Stainless Steel' pan set has a special tri-ply base, meaning the base of the pan is constructed from 3 layers: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum, and magnetic stainless steel. Stainless steel cookware is used for its durability and ease of maintenance and cleaning. The aluminum core, clad with stainless steel, ensures even cooking of your ingredients. The aluminum layer extends into the sides of the pan, ensuring that the pan heats up evenly and quickly all the way to the rim. This significantly reduces the chance of food sticking and makes the pans very energy-efficient.

Use and maintenance of this 'Stainless Steel' pan set

Thanks to its magnetic stainless steel exterior, the frying pan is suitable for induction and perfect for use on all other heat sources. In addition, the pan's base has the perfect thickness (2.5 mm) to prevent it from warping on induction. Please note: although these pans can withstand high temperatures, we advise heating the pans gradually, not immediately at the highest settings. These pans are suitable for use on a standard household induction hob with a power of up to 2,500 W per zone.
