With this 6-piece Downdraft pan set from DUCQ, you have a luxurious stainless steel set of pans that is very suitable for use on a hob with integrated extraction. The unique silicone ring in the lid ensures that it stays in place during cooking and that condensation in the pan is extracted through the cutout on the side. You can also easily drain with this.
The Low sauté pan/skillet of Ø26cm contains a ceramic (PFAS-Free) non-stick coating!
Another advantage: the handles only make contact with the pan at two small points, so they always remain cool (on induction) and you can grab the pan without a pot holder – which is very convenient when draining. Please note: when used on a gas stove, the handles may become hot if the flames hit the side of the pan.
Which pans are in this set?
This 3-layer pan set consists of four tall pans (Ø16cm - 1.5L, Ø18cm - 2L, Ø 20cm - 3L and Ø 24cm - 6L) with which you can cook vegetables, pasta or rice. For preparing sauces or boiling an egg, you can use the saucepan (Ø 16cm - 1.5L). For searing a nice piece of meat or fish, use the Sauté pan of Ø 26cm - 4L.
