Usage tips for a long lifespan
The Black Steel pan is made of relatively thin steel. Therefore, always heat the pan slowly: start on a low setting (for induction, setting 2 or 3) and gradually increase the temperature. Never rinse a hot pan with cold water and do not place an empty pan back on a hot cooktop – this prevents deformation and extends its lifespan.
