One of Greenpan's highest quality series is the Barcelona Pro series. This brand new line has an even better base and non-stick coating than its predecessor, the Barcelona Black. With one of the best ceramic non-stick coatings on the market, this frying pan will provide years of cooking enjoyment.
This pancake pan is made of aluminum with a ceramic coating. The pan may be somewhat concave when cold, but it will flatten out perfectly when heated.
If you want to keep the pan in perfect condition for many years, we recommend hand washing, but the pan is also dishwasher safe.
To prevent thermal shock, we always recommend, especially with induction, not to let the temperature rise too quickly. Also, avoid cold water on a hot pan.
