Universal knife sharpener for European and Asian knives.
This knife sharpener is the simplest and most accessible way to make your knives razor-sharp again. Suitable for both European and Asian knives, thanks to the four clearly marked sharpening stages.

The knife is simply placed against the correct guide and then gently pulled through. One stage is intended for coarse sharpening (for blunt knives), and a second stage for fine sharpening (for medium sharp or already coarsely sharpened knives). Two of the sharpening stages are specially designed for knives with an Asian sharpening angle (approx. 15°), the other two for knives with a European sharpening angle (approx. 20°). This way, you can keep every knife in top condition, regardless of its origin.
