This Japanese knife is hand-forged, shaped, hardened, ground, polished, cleaned, and carefully packaged. The hammer marks on the blade give it a unique look – no two knives are the same. The knife also has a pommel finished in the same style as the blade. The handle is made of beautiful steel, creating a unique style.
This set consists of a 12.5 cm Utility Knife, a 20.5 cm Chef's Knife, and a 17.5 cm Cleaver. These are the blade lengths.
