Did you know that this is the very first rub we ever made? And it’s still as popular as it was 7 years ago! A blend of herbs, chilis, salt & sugar, inspired by barbecue, grilling and slow cooking, adds deep southern flavours to this Tex-Mexian friend.
It’s a firm favourite seasoning for finishing off steak on the grill, or even a simple burger, and to this day we still rub our ribs and pork shoulder in The General before they hit the smoker.
Great with Beef, Lamb, Chicken and Vegetables.
