Red Dawg Apache Red Pepper Sauce. This is an old fashioned BBQ red sauce, used to smother pulled or chopped pork. Delicious with any sausage, brisket or ribs.
It's like a deeper, thicker, Louisiana-style sauce, pepped up with red habaneros, deeply flavoured with herbs and spices but simple enough to cut through fat and add vinegar heat to the meat.
Great with sausages, fish, slow cooked meats, pastrami and salads.
Made in Scotland from habaneros!
