Let's get started!

  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the salmon, mango, spring onion, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Then put the rice in a bowl. Now start decorating. Place the salmon in the middle and arrange the other ingredients around it.
  4. Top the poke bowl with soy sauce and black and white sesame seeds.

Tip

Make your own delicious sauce for the poke bowl. Mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
