Get started!

  1. Place the oatmeal, honey, baking powder, egg, milk, and bananas in a bowl. Mix for 1.5 minutes until a smooth mixture is formed.
  2. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. In the meantime, slice the strawberries and check out the Dumpert daily top videos.
  3. Place a pan over medium heat and heat the coconut oil. Let the pan get quite hot (watch your hands).
  4. Pour small dollops into the pan; these pancakes should be thick and small.
  5. Cook the pancakes until golden brown. Decorate the pancakes with strawberries, berries, cinnamon, and honey.

Tip

Serve the pancakes with a scoop of vanilla quark!
