1. Egg Brûlée
Per person: 1 egg, pinch of salt and a little sugar.
A creamy scrambled egg, a well-filled omelet, or perhaps a soft-boiled egg? Eggs can be prepared in many ways. If you want to impress your guests, go all out with the egg brûlée! Cook your eggs for exactly 5.5 minutes and then shock them in cold water. Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and sprinkle them with a little salt and a layer of sugar. Grab your kitchen torch and caramelize the sugar for a delicious sweet and soft egg like you've never tasted before. In this video you can see how we make it!

2. Brioche French Toast
For 8 slices of French toast: 1 brioche loaf, 2 eggs, 150 ml milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of cinnamon, butter, maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice.
Cut your brioche loaf into thick slices, about 2 cm thick. In a shallow bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth. Heat some butter or oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Dip the brioche slices into the mixture and fry them until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve the French toast warm with some fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup for a sweet finishing touch.
3. Egg from a Mini Pot
For 4 mini pots: butter, 4 slices of ham, 4 tbsp crème fraîche, 4 eggs, basil, pepper and salt.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C and grease four mini cocottes with a little butter. Place a slice of ham in each pot and spoon a tablespoon of crème fraîche on top. Crack an egg into each pot and season with some basil, pepper, and salt. Bake the eggs in the oven for 15 minutes until cooked and serve with toasted bread. Vary by adding extra vegetables such as spinach, peas, or tomatoes.
4. Roast Beef Rolls
For 4 wraps: 4 wraps, 8 slices of roast beef, 40g rocket, 100g sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp green pesto, grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of pepper.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and green pesto and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Spread the mayonnaise-pesto mixture over each wrap and then top with roast beef. Distribute the rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, and some Parmesan cheese over the wraps. Season with a pinch of pepper. Roll the wraps up tightly and cut them into pieces.
