Carbon Steel – razor-sharp and durable
The blade is made of high-quality carbon steel, a type of steel with a high carbon content that is harder than stainless steel. This allows the knife to be ground thinner and stay razor-sharp longer. Carbon steel also has self-sharpening properties, which extends the life of the edge. Over time, the steel may discolour slightly – a natural patina that does not affect performance and can be easily removed with a rust eraser.
