The matte black silicone perfectly matches Staub's cast iron cocottes and pans. This spatula is also ideal for ceramic, cast iron and non-stick surfaces, as it does not scratch.
In addition, it can withstand temperatures up to 220 °C, making it very useful during cooking. The long handle is ergonomically shaped and made of acacia wood, giving the spatula an extremely stylish look and a comfortable grip.
