This Woodworks serving board is made from sustainable Longan wood. The Longan tree is a fruit tree that, once it no longer bears fruit, is normally only processed into charcoal. Because we believe this is a waste, SKOTTSBERG® turns them into beautiful serving boards.

Product information
These are sawn from one piece, not glued, and therefore incredibly strong. The boards are reversible and feature two hygienic milled-in handles. The sawyer has already treated the board with two coats of Tung oil. This drying, protective oil is completely food-safe and makes the boards water-repellent. SKOTTSBERG® Tung oil is also available separately so you can properly maintain the board for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Please note: these Longan serving boards are unique; no two boards will be exactly alike. They may have minimal variations in size or color.
