This Rasp Premium Classic Zester by Microplane is suitable for grating hard cheeses, carrots, chocolate, citrus fruits and peppers, for example. This grater has an ergonomic and soft anti-slip handle so that it doesn't slip during grating. You can simply put this grater in the dishwasher!
Microplane is laser-cut.
