Product information
The 'Geneva' skillet is ideal for making one-pot dishes. Its high rim allows you to fit many ingredients, and its relatively large surface area makes stirring in the pan easy. The pan comes with a glass lid. Ideal for keeping an eye on your culinary creation while it's simmering.
This skillet is made of stainless steel with a ceramic coating. The pan might be slightly concave when cold, but it will perfectly flatten out when heated. To keep the pan in perfect condition for years, we recommend handwashing. It's best not to put a non-stick pan in the dishwasher.
Use on induction
The Geneva pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction. We always recommend heating the pan gradually and not immediately using the highest settings. This can cause thermal shock, which can warp the pan. After use, it's also better to let the pan cool down before giving it a cold rinse.
