Product information
One of Greenpan's highest quality series is the Barcelona Pro series. This brand-new line features an even better base and non-stick coating than its predecessor, the Barcelona Black. With one of the best ceramic non-stick coatings on the market, this frying pan will provide you with years of cooking pleasure.
This Stockpot is made of aluminium with a ceramic coating. The pan might be slightly concave when cold, but it will perfectly straighten out as it heats up. This pot also features a glass lid, which is perfect for keeping an eye on your culinary creations while cooking.
If you truly want to keep the pan in perfect condition for years, we recommend hand washing, but the pan is also dishwasher safe.
To prevent thermal shock, we always recommend not raising the temperature too quickly, especially with induction. Also, avoid cold water on a hot pan.
