Let's get started!

  1. You can make it easy on yourself by buying peeled shrimp, but real bosses get their hands dirty... so just peel them yourself! Then fry the shrimp in the pan and follow the instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the avocado, cherry tomatoes and black olives into pieces.
  3. Take a small bowl and put a few tablespoons of yogurt in it. Squeeze half a lemon over the bowl. To give the dressing more flavor, add salt and pepper.
  4. Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. Enjoy your meal!

Tip

Want to make your own croutons? Cut a white bread into pieces. Mix the bread with Italian herbs and some olive oil. Put the croutons in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
