The ZWILLING paring and garnishing knife is a handy helper in any kitchen, for example, for peeling fruits and vegetables or cutting food into smaller pieces. With its smaller blade, this knife is perfect for precisely cutting smaller ingredients.
The Zwilling PROF S series is a series praised by many professional chefs. The steel and knife are identical to the FOUR Star series. With its three rivets in the handle, the PROF S has a more traditional appearance than its counterparts.
The steel of Zwilling knives is treated with a FRIODUR treatment. The steel is cooled to -70 degrees and then reheated several times. This makes the knives hard, edge-retaining, corrosion-resistant, and flexible.
Zwilling is world-renowned for its V-Edge grinding. Zwilling grinds the knives with an optimized angle of approx. 15° on both sides. This sharp angle provides good initial sharpness, making cutting even more enjoyable. The knife glides effortlessly through your ingredients.
The front of the handle forms the transition from handle to blade. It has a shape somewhat like a handguard and thus also ensures good weight distribution.
