No. The YETI Stackable Tumbler does not have a handle. If you want a handle, take a look at the 6 or 14 oz YETI Stackable Mugs, which do have handles. Due to its shape and insulation, the tumbler is easy to hold without feeling hot from the outside.

Do you taste the steel or the ceramic in your coffee?

You taste the ceramic, and it has no taste. That’s exactly the point. Regular stainless steel cups give some people a slight metallic taste; the DuraSip™ lining eliminates that completely. Your coffee will just taste like coffee.

Does the YETI Stackable Mug fit under my espresso machine?

In most cases, yes. The cup is low enough for most home machines. If you have a machine with a very low dispensing point, please check the dimensions. The cup is slightly wider than a standard espresso glass.

Is the mug also suitable for cold drinks?

Yes. The double-walled vacuum insulation works both ways, so cold drinks also stay cold. Please note: if you used the mug for a hot drink just before, that will affect how long it keeps drinks cold. Rinsing it with cold water helps.

Is the YETI Stackable Mug dishwasher safe?

Yes. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or bleach, and preferably do not use metal cutlery or stirring implements inside. This will damage the ceramic coating over time.

Not with normal use. The DuraSip™ Ceramic coating is scratch-resistant and directly fused to the stainless steel; it's not a loose layer that will come off over time. What you should avoid, however, is metal cutlery or stirrers scraping along the inside, as this can damage the coating in the long run. If you simply use it for coffee or tea and wash it in the dishwasher, it will last a long time.

Is the cup suitable for children?

Yes. Because the YETI Stackable Mug comes with a lid, it is more suitable for children than the smaller 4 oz and 6 oz mugs, which do not have lids. Of course, do not fill it with very hot liquids for small children.
