Smashburgers, a unique way of preparing hamburgers, brought over from the U.S.
Take a generous portion of seasoned minced meat and place it in your preheated skillet or on the griddle. Use the Smashburger tool to press the minced meat flat and create a true smashburger.
The burger is very thin and therefore only needs a short time to cook through. Flip it with a spatula so the other side also cooks, and within minutes you can finish your hamburger bun.
