Product information
To make maki sushi, a sushi rolling mat is essential. This mat, measuring 24 x 24 cm, is ideal for making all kinds of sushi rolls. A 20.5 cm rice paddle is included with the mat for easy handling of the rice.
The mat is made of high quality and consists of approximately 45 half bamboo sticks. It is reusable and durable, making it ideal for regular use.
For best maintenance, it is recommended to rinse the mat and paddle immediately after use to prevent rice from sticking. Allow both to dry thoroughly to maintain their quality. If the rice is difficult to remove, soak the mat in lukewarm water for a while. To prevent rice from sticking to the mat, you can also wrap the mat with cling film while rolling.
