Taste & Application
Our yellow-green extra virgin olive oil consists of a blend of Picudo and Hojiblanca olives. You taste subtle bitter notes in the mouth, with the fresh taste of apple and fruit, followed by a tingling finish of bitterness, and the richness of polyphenols (antioxidants) provides a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
