Usage Tips
• Use a narrow, tall beaker for the best results.
• Work in stages: start on the lowest speed and gradually increase.
• For egg whites: Make sure the beaker is grease-free and optionally add a tablespoon of hot water.
• For whipped cream: Whip the cold cream upwards along the edge and only add sugar at the end.
